1. What the Site is

The Site provides information about Zirat, a product at concept and specification stage. It describes the intended product model and its intended role in agricultural operations. Descriptions using words such as “designed for”, “supports” or “can be configured for” state a design intent and are not statements that a capability is currently deployed, certified or available.

2. Not an offer, and not operational advice

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or a representation about any specific deployment, customer, certification or endorsement. Nothing on the Site is engineering, safety, readiness or operational advice. Determinations about the condition, serviceability or safety of any equipment are for qualified personnel and must not be based on this Site. Descriptions of possible water, energy or climate benefits are hypotheses to be validated, not results.

3. Conceptual content

Images, diagrams and interface frames on the Site are conceptual representations of the product model. They do not depict customer data, real deployments or real operations, and the data shown in them is representative only.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics and marks, belongs to WeSimplifAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated means to submit forms or scrape the Site in a way that burdens it.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing or third-party confidential material.

6. Your submissions

Information you send through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include confidential information you are not entitled to share. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a submission does not create a confidentiality obligation on our part.
