For agricultural equipment manufacturers

Your equipment has a lifecycle. Its intelligence should too.

Connect official equipment knowledge to the machines that depend on it.

Give manuals, specifications and approved technical documentation a structured place alongside each machine’s identity and service history — helping knowledge stay relevant beyond the point of sale.

Where it fits

Complementary by design.

Zirat does not replace dealer, farm or maintenance systems. It connects the knowledge around the machine, and is designed to receive information from them.

Existing systems and sources

  • Dealer records
  • OEM manuals
  • Farm records
  • Warranty information
  • IoT systems and controllers
  • Maintenance logs
  • Inspection evidence

Designed to connect — integrations are planned, not live.

Who we would like to work with

Seven kinds of collaboration.

These are intended collaboration models — not existing partnerships.

01

Equipment manufacturers

Makers of pumps, controllers, machinery and generators whose equipment is documented, serviced and modified across its life by many hands.

  • Official manuals and specifications attached to each machine and model
  • A structured way for approved documentation to reach the point of use
  • Insight into the questions that field evidence raises — through opt-in, aggregate feedback, a possible later phase
02

Dealers and service networks

Dealers and workshops that service equipment they did not sell, and need its history to do it properly.

  • Scoped, read-only visibility of a machine’s identity, documents and history for an engagement
  • A record that continues across providers, not a ticket that closes
  • A way to record findings and leave the machine better documented
03

FPOs and cooperatives

Farmer Producer Organisations and cooperatives with equipment shared or coordinated across member farms.

  • One record model from a single pump to a fleet across member farms
  • Fleet-wide service knowledge attached once, kept distinct from each machine’s own history
  • Each farm’s records scoped to that farm
04

Agricultural infrastructure operators

Operators of greenhouses, polyhouses, irrigation schemes and cold-storage facilities, whose equipment runs continuously.

  • Connected context around pumps, controllers, cooling and electrical equipment
  • Visibility of equipment with documentation or evidence gaps
  • Continuity across contractors and technicians
05

Financiers and equipment lessors

Potential future participants in an equipment intelligence ecosystem.

  • A documented history for equipment that has changed hands
  • A clearer picture of what was serviced and when
  • To be explored with partners — not designed or validated yet
06

Technology and knowledge partners

Providers of IoT and controller systems, document technologies, local-language capability or secure infrastructure.

  • Sensor and controller data that could become one more form of evidence, later
  • Document understanding and regional-language capability
  • Evaluation tooling for evidence-grounded AI
07

Research and climate programmes

Institutions and programmes studying resource-aware agriculture and the responsible use of AI around equipment.

  • Joint design of a measurement framework with agreed baselines
  • Representative equipment categories for structured evaluation
  • Shared learning on what can responsibly be attributed
For partners

How a partnership could begin.

A five-step path, narrow and reversible. Details would be agreed with each partner.

  1. 01RegisterTell us the equipment categories, models and sites you work with.
  2. 02Provide knowledgeShare official manuals, specifications and service guides for those models.
  3. 03Anchor the machinesMachines are tagged with a durable Asset Anchor, or identified by nameplate or serial.
  4. 04Connect to the recordYour documentation and service events attach to each machine’s record, labelled by source.
  5. 05Review and learnWe review what worked, what was missing and what to change — together.
Why partners choose one record

One machine record across brands, providers and seasons.

Customers should not have to navigate a separate system for every brand they own. A single, machine-shaped record lets each partner’s knowledge sit in the same place, labelled by who provided it.

  • ProvenanceEvery document and event keeps its source.
  • Scoped accessPartners see what an engagement allows — no more.
  • Distinct layersManufacturer knowledge stays separate from a machine’s own history.
  • AuditabilityWhat was claimed, on what evidence, and when, is recorded.
Partner questions

Frequently asked.

Does Zirat already have partners?

No. Zirat is at concept and specification stage and has no farmer pilots, customers or partners. This page describes the collaborations we would like to explore, not existing relationships.

Does Zirat replace our dealer, CMMS or farm systems?

No. Zirat is designed to sit beside them. Your systems continue to own sales, tickets, work orders and operations; Zirat holds the knowledge and reasoning around each machine. Integrations are planned, not live.

What would a first collaboration look like?

Narrow and evidence-led: one equipment workflow, around 10 to 20 pumps and irrigation controllers, agreed baselines, and a review of what was established and what was not.

Who sees a machine’s records?

Access is designed to be scoped. A dealer’s technician would see only what an engagement allows, and a farm’s own staff only their farm’s machines. Scanning a machine never bypasses those limits.

How is manufacturer documentation treated?

As general equipment knowledge about a make and model. It is labelled as such and never presented as a confirmed fact about a specific machine’s condition.

Is there a fee or a commercial model?

Not yet defined. We would like to understand where Zirat creates value for you before proposing terms.
