This policy applies to this website (the “Site”), operated by WeSimplifAI Private Limited (“WeSimplifAI”, “we”, “us”). It covers the Site only. Zirat is a product at concept and specification stage; this policy does not describe any customer deployment, which would be governed by its own agreement.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use “Start a Conversation”, we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, equipment category, operational environment and message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps in server logs, used to operate and secure the Site. If we enable website analytics, it is limited to aggregate usage measurement, and this policy will be updated before we do so.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not submit confidential commercial information, personal data about third parties, or sensitive operational information through the Site. If a conversation requires it, we will agree an appropriate channel with you first.
2. How we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up on it.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and deliver email on our behalf (for example, hosting and email-delivery providers), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India; where that happens we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of the conversation, and then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
5. Your rights
Under applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To do so, or to raise a grievance, write to sayeed@wesimplifai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information handled through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
The Site does not use advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary browser storage to operate. If that changes, we will update this policy.
8. Children
The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
